Return Policy and Shipping

Shipping Information
Soul Crystals LLC currently ships to the United States only. Standard shipping for jewelry is USPS first class mail, at $5.00 per one item. Any additional (jewelry) items purchased will add $1.00 to existing shipping costs. (Example: shipping cost for one order, containing 2 bracelets, would be $6.00)
Standard orders are processed as soon as the payment has been authorized and verified. Standard delivery orders will ship within 5 to 7 business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays), after the piece has been made. Please allow up to 14 business days for shipment. Although ETA of your Soul Crystals purchase is up to 14 days, purchases are typically delivered much sooner!
Expedited shipping for jewelry is $15.00. Expedited shipping is available on our checkout page, and typically arrives within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays). Please contact us if you need your order by a certain time, or if you have a delivery question.

Return Policy
If merchandise is unworn, and in its original condition, it can be returned for full credit within 14 days of the date it left our shop; (regardless of when you took delivery of the merchandise). You must contact Soul Crystals LLC first, to get a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), to be able to return the merchandise.
Any returns or exchanges after 14 days of leaving our shop, will be charged a restocking fee of 15%.
No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 30 days from the merchandise leaving our shop.
Please provide us with your order confirmation number and a description of the item you wish to return. At that time an address for returns will be issued.
NOTE: The merchandise does not have to be physically received, back to Soul Crystals LLC within 14 days, but it does have to be in the possession of the shipper (along with the valid return invoice). Return Invoices must be valid, unexpired, and issued for the merchandise being returned. After the 14 days expire, you may no longer return the merchandise.
As soon as your valid return is received and processed, you will be credited for the cost of the merchandise, minus the shipping charges. Most returns are processed within 10 days of the receipt. Credit/refund reflection is based on your bank’s cycle.
We recommend that you send the merchandise back in a padded, insured envelope. If the merchandise is lost or stolen in the mail, it is not the responsibility of Soul Crystals LLC to replace it.

Restringing fees start at $5.
Only quality stones and metals are used in creating each piece of jewelry. Our stretch bracelets are used with the strongest, and most durable stretch cord that we are able to find. Stretch cord is comfortable and easy to put on, but eventually will wear out over time. This is a biological fact. Please keep this in mind when ordering stretch cord bracelets. Our macramé pieces are made with a waxed linen. Minimal water exposure is recommended for longevity, and they are not recommended for everyday wear.
